To assure accurate, up-to-date information, replacement pages containing recent legislation are prepared on an annual or as needed basis. Unless otherwise requested by the Municipality, traffic, misdemeanor and similar regulations will be revised to comply with current State law as a part of the updating process. When requested, sample legislation is provided to our client municipalities without charge. If time is of the essence such legislation can be transmitted by use of our facsimile machine on the same day. Our library of municipal codes (see list of current clients) uniquely qualifies us to provide drafting assistance to municipal legal counsel. Our current Directory of Sample Legislation is mailed to the Ohio Municipalities once a year. Newsletters are periodically sent without charge to Ohio clients listing topical legislation we have seen; State law changes which may affect the Codified Ordinances; recent court cases involving municipal ordinances; and discussion and sample legislation on subjects of current interest. | ||||||||
